‘Better Call Saul’: 5 Things You Need to Remember Before Season 3 Starts
You already know, of course, that Season 3 of Better Call Saul means the arrival of Gustavo Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) into the Saul Goodman — or is that Jimmy McGill? — universe. But there are so many other dramas, maybe tragedies, waiting to unfold as the Breaking Bad prequel dives into its third season.
Like the relationship between Jimmy (Bob Odenkirk) and Kim (Rhea Seehorn), both personal and professional. And Jimmy’s big confession to Chuck (Michael McKean) in the Season 2 finale (and Chuck’s secret recording of said convo). And, in the storyline that will almost certainly help merge Gus into Saul, the near-assassination of Hector Salamanca (Mark Margolis) by Mike (Jonathan Banks) — the one he abandoned after getting that cryptic “DON’T” note from … someone.
