Elkhart tennis cruises past NorthWood, 5-0

The Elkhart boys tennis team continued its outstanding season on Monday, beating NorthWood 5-0.

Brady Kelley, Ben Miller and Cameron Miller all posted singles wins for the Lions.

Fairfield improved to 14-2 overall and 6-0 in the Northeast Corner Conference by beating Angola, 3-1.

The match between Fairfield's Drew Beachy and Angola's Haden Stockamp at No. 2 Singles will be completed on Tuesday.

The Falcons got a key point from the No. 1 Doubles team of Brant Garber and Andrew Mathews, who rebounded from a 6-1 loss in the first set to win 6-1 and 6-4.

In boys soccer, Chino Torres had two goals and two assists, as Goshen cruised past Mishawaka, 9-0, in Northern Lakes Conference action.

Adam Torres and Will Richardson also had two goals apiece for the RedHawks.
