Winning Powerball ticket worth $50K sold in Tonawanda

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A third-prize winning Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was sold in the town of Tonawanda, the New York Lottery announced.
The winning ticket for the Saturday drawing was sold at a Speedway at 2596 Sheridan Drive.
The Powerball drawing is televised at 10:59 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
