Trump speaks at town hall meeting in Flint
LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– Former President and Republican nominee Donald J. Trump was in Michigan today to speak at a town hall in Flint.
The discussion was held at the Dort Financial Center at 3501 Lapeer Rd. Doors opened at 3:00 p.m., and Trump took to the stage at 7:00 p.m.
Flint Police Chief Terence Green says the city used ‘significant resources’ and says police took extra precautions after the ‘attempted assassination’ over the weekend.

During the town hall, Trump was joined by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who moderated the event.
Trump’s running mate, Ohio Senator JD Vance spoke today in Sparta.
