Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival: Music Fest 2021: The 21st annual festival features entertainment by Joyce Irby and Klymaxx with Guitar G. Force (Saturday) and Sheila E. with Jonathan McReynolds (Sunday). Tickets are available for virtual and live viewing. Live tickets are sold in pairs to allow for social distancing. Beer and Burger Throwdown: Chefs fire up their grills for this multi-category burger and craft beer competition with free samples, live music, comedy shows, dance performances and more than 30 vendors. Promoters say this is Safety Harbor’s first large festival since shutting down because of COVID-19 in 2020. Benefits the Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation and Safety Harbor Chamber Foundation. $10.
