Statewide Silver Alert issued for missing Harper man
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued a Statewide Silver alert for a man missing from Harper.
The KBI said in a news release David Reese, 73, was last seen Thursday, Aug. 1. His whereabouts are unknown, but investigators believe he was driving a white Chevrolet Silverado south on U.S. Highway 281 near Medicine Lodge on Friday morning around 7:40 a.m.
Reese is a white male who is 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs around 250 pounds. He has brown eyes, a white beard, and is balding.
The KBI said he may be traveling with a chocolate Labrador retriever and is likely wearing a baseball cap. Reese has diabetes, anxiety, and a condition impairing cognition and memory.
