Sharon Osbourne weighs in after Roger Waters accused of using antisemitic language
The star shared her thoughts on The Talk
Sharon Osbourne has weighed in following claims that Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters used anti-Jewish references.
The musician sparked controversy earlier this year after he wore what appeared to be a Nazi SS uniform during a concert in Germany.
And a new documentary – entitled The Dark Side Of Roger Waters – includes claims that the 80-year-old used antisemitic language.

Osbourne has now waded into the debate about the star, who has strenuously denied he is an antisemite.
Speaking on The Talk, Osbourne – who is Jewish - said Waters’ was no longer relevant and belongs in "an old people's home”.
She went on: “He must have really lost the plot and should really go and actually take his life and live in an old people’s home… That is where he belongs.”
Waters has previously denied claims of antisemitism.
In May he released a statement on his website after the Nazi uniform scandal, saying: “My recent performance in Berlin has attracted bad faith attacks from those who want to smear and silence me because they disagree with my political views and moral principles.
"The elements of my performance that have been questioned are quite clearly a statement in opposition to fascism, injustice, and bigotry in all its forms. Attempts to portray those elements as something else are disingenuous and politically motivated. The depiction of an unhinged fascist demagogue has been a feature of my shows since Pink Floyd’s The Wall in 1980."
Waters said he had spent his life "speaking out against authoritarianism and oppression".
"When I was a child after the war, the name of Anne Frank was often spoken in our house, she became a permanent reminder of what happens when fascism is left unchecked," he said.
"My parents fought the Nazis in World War II, with my father paying the ultimate price.

"Regardless of the consequences of the attacks against me, I will continue to condemn injustice and all those who perpetrate it."
