Heavy rainfall has resulted in severe flooding across New Jersey Tuesday, with several areas reporting significant precipitation totals.
Here are some of the rain inch counts by town according to Bob Ziff of the North Jersey Weather Observers and the National Weather Service. More rain is on the way though so look for higher totals as the week progresses.

The heavy downpour has led to substantial flooding, particularly in the Teterboro area along Route 46, causing disruptions and posing significant challenges for residents and commuters.
