In July, the Los Angeles County District Attorney rejected a felony case against the hip-hop mogul. Now TMZ reports Combs will not face criminal charges either. Instead, the L.A. City Attorney will hold an informal office hearing with Combs present that is set for Oct. 15, in which any further punishments – such as anger management classes – will be discussed.
