BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An Orchard Park man has been found guilty of sexually abusing two children in 2023 and 2024, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
A jury found that Edward Tutuska, 30, sexually abused the two children. The first was abused multiple times between March 2023 and March 2024, while the second was sexually abused in March 2024.
Both children were known to Tutuska and were less than 11 years old. The abuse happened at one location in Orchard Park.
Tutuska was found guilty of one count of second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, one count of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The trial took almost six days and the jury delivered the verdict after less than two hours of deliberations.
He faces a maximum of 14 years in prison when he is sentenced on April 8. He is being held without bail, and orders of protection on behalf of the two children remain in effect.
