One injured after vehicle crash causes camper to overturn in Carroll Co.
CARROLL COUNTY, Va. (WFXR)– The Hillsville Fire Department reports one person was injured after a vehicle crash on Rt. 58 on Friday, July 5.
According to the fire department, crews were dispatched at 3:51 p.m. on a report of a crash at the intersection of Carrollton Pike and Patridge Rd. They found it to be a vehicle crash involving two vehicles, with both blocking the intersection of Eastbound Rt. 58.
The fire department says they were able to clear the scene and no other hazards or leaks were found.

One patient was taken to a local hospital by Pipers Gap Rescue Squad to get treatment for injuries.
The fire department says the scene was turned over to Virginia State Police, who are investigating the crash.
