Niagara Falls man faces 20 years in prison for attempted rape
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Niagara Falls man faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of attempted rape, the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.
Gregory Noonan, 25, was charged with sexually assaulting two different victims in 2021 and 2022. Both incidents occurred in Niagara Falls.
Niagara County District Attorney Brian Seaman said they will be asking the judge for the maximum sentence, which also includes 15 years of post-release supervision, on behalf of the victims.
