Man facing vehicular homicide charges in Albuquerque will stay behind bars
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man facing charges for crashing into an SUV and killing two people will stay behind bars through his trial. According to the criminal complaint, Malatazadak Kyser fled from police on July 18 causing a crash near Espa?ola and Marquette in Albuquerque.

Kyser waived his pretrial detention hearing on Tuesday meaning he will remain locked up. He’s facing charges of homicide by vehicle and failure to obey traffic laws but the Albuquerque Police Department said more charges are pending.
