Man arrested, allegedly found with child sex abuse material: BPD
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested in south Bakersfield Wednesday under suspicion of possessing child sexual abuse material, officers said.
Rafael Guerrero, a 34-year-old from Bakersfield, was arrested Aug. 28 in the 1500 block of Lotus Lane, according to the Bakersfield Police Department. Officers allegedly discovered Guerrero to be in possession of child sexual abuse material.
The Department of Homeland Security Investigations, Kern County Probation Department and the United States Secret Service assisted in executing a search warrant at the residence.

Bakersfield police are apart of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force Program, a national network of 61 coordinated task forces dedicated to investigating and responding to internet crimes against children.
