Little Rock police asking for tips in deadly July hit-and-run investigation
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Investigators in Little Rock are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a vehicle officers say was involved in a hit-and-run crash that killed a man last month.
Officials with the Little Rock Police Department said officers responded to the 6600 block of Stagecoach Road just after 11 a.m. on July 26, after receiving reports of a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they said medical personnel were already there and that the pedestrian had died. The investigation into the crash began as detectives and crime scene technicians arrived at the scene.
The body of the man hit by the vehicle was taken to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for an autopsy and identification.

On Tuesday, LRPD investigators identified the victim as Ahmad McMullen, adding that McMullen was believed to have been walking near the intersection of Stagecoach and David O. Dodd Road when he was struck by a car and killed.
Officials with the Little Rock Police Department are asking anyone with any information on this crash to call detectives at 501-918-5108 or the department’s anonymous tip line at 501-371-4636. Authorities say tips can also be made anonymously on the YourLRPD Smartphone app.
