Jamestown man sentenced to 13 years for narcotics conspiracy
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Jamestown man was sentenced to 13 years in prison after he and two others were involved in a narcotics conspiracy involving 400 grams or more of fentanyl, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Monday.
Roberto Morales Sanchez, 55, supplied co-conspirators Ryan Bloom and Rachelle Allison with fentanyl and heroin for distribution. The three utilized a residence on Fairview Avenue and Sanchez utilized his own residence on Willis Street for drug trafficking purposes.
Bloom was sentenced to serve 20 years in prison for his role while Allison is currently awaiting sentencing.
Sanchez was convicted of narcotics conspiracy involving one kilogram or more of heroin and 400 grams of more of fentanyl. He pleaded guilty in October.
