Either way, there's plenty of things to do this weekend, whether you're eager for Santa to arrive early or waiting until after Thanksgiving.

Tom Rush at Sellersville Theater
Folk music icon Tom Rush will be joined by singer/songwriter Matt Nakoa for a one-night appearance at Sellersville Theater, 8 p.m. Saturday. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
With hits like "No Regrets," "Circle Game" and "Merrimack County," Rush helped shape the folk revival of the 1950s and its renaissance in the '80s and '90s. His YouTube hit "The Remember Song" has more than 7 million views.

Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place
The only theme park in the U.S. based entirely on Sesame Street has transformed into a one-of-a-kind holiday wonderland with one of the largest light displays in the region, featuring millions of lights and decorations.
A Verry Furry Christmas at Sesame Place is open now through Jan. 2.
New events this year include an all-new Christmas Fun Zone where guests can take part in a new holiday-themed Merry Monster Game Show. Returning this year is the Neighborhood Street Party Christmas Parade, Santa's Furry Workshop with opportunities to meet Santa Claus; visits with Rudolph and Clarice; and a 1-2-3 Christmas Tree Show around a 30-foot illuminated Christmas tree.
Special celebrations are planned for Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and Christmas Eve.

'All Together Now!' at North Penn High School
Live theater is back and North Penn High School Theater is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a one-night-only show featuring songs from Broadway's hottest shows, including Hairspray, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Newsies, Come from Away, Guy and Dolls, Les Misérables, Into the Woods, and Company.
Join North Penn High School, Pennbrook, Penndale, and Pennfield students and alums at 7 p.m. Saturday for the show "All Together Now!"
The show will be performed live with an audience in the North Penn High School auditorium, 1340 Valley Forge Road, Lansdale, as well as a simultaneous livestream broadcast you can watch from home.
All tickets are $10, and proceeds support the theater program.

Lenape Chamber Ensemble Baroque Fest
Fans of Baroque music should mark their calendars for this weekend's return of the Lenape Chamber Ensemble’s Baroque Fest.
Performances are 8:15 p.m. Friday at to Upper Black Eddy’s historic Upper Tinicum Lutheran Church, and 3 p.m. Sunday at Delaware Valley University’s Life Sciences Auditorium in Doylestown.
A special Children’s Concert in the Round will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at DelVal.
Friday and Sunday concerts will include portions of Telemann's “Tafelmusik”; Bach's Concerto for Oboe and Strings in F Major; and Handel’s Prelude in B flat Major for Solo Harpsichord.

Bucks County Antiques Dealers Association Antiques Show
The Bucks County Antiques Dealers Association will present its 74th annual Antiques Show on Saturday and Sunday at the Eagle Fire Hall on 46 Sugan Road in New Hope.
The show is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $6; children under 16 are free.
BCADA exhibitors will include dealers from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. There are also a few select dealers in what’s now the largest antiques show in Bucks County.

Santa arrives at The Shops at Valley Square
Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive Saturday to light the tree at The Shops at Valley Square in Warrington.
Enjoy DJ contests, Ben's Balloons, bounce houses and so much more while listening to the joyful sounds of the holidays.
Festivities begin at 4 p.m.. Santa will arrive and 6, and photos will begin at 6:30 p.m. Rain date is Nov. 20.
North Pole Express Train
Looking for a new way to celebrate the holidays? Climb aboard the New Hope Railroad's North Pole Express Train, leaving daily from the station at 32 W. Bridge St. starting Saturday through Dec. 30.
Railroad guests will board the railroad's beautifully restored passenger cars, dating back to the first half of the 20th century. All are heated and will be traditionally decorated for the season. Once aboard, hot chocolate and freshly prepared cookies will be served to all in attendance. Musicians will serenade everyone with live music, with all passengers encouraged to sing along to a festive selection of familiar holiday tunes.
There will also be an opportunity for children to send their letter of Christmas wishes to Santa Claus himself by way of a special red postbox.
At the end of the journey, Santa Claus will make an appearance to invite everyone to visit him at his Christmas workshop back at the train station, where his elves are busy making all the toy trains for the good little boys and girls across the world.
