Former Springville teacher sentenced to 10 years for child pornography

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A former fifth grade teacher in the Springville School District was sentenced to 10 years in prison for receipt of child pornography, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced.

Frank E. Noeson III, 47, of Holland pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography in Feb. 2024. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Noeson engaged in sexual communications with a 16-year-old using Snapchat and persuaded the victim to create sexually explicit photos and videos. Noeson also had sexual communications with a 15-year-old victim using Snapchat.

Along with the 10 year prison sentence, Noeson will also have 30 years of supervised release.
