Former elementary teacher admits to child porn charges
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A former elementary school teacher from Holland pleaded guilty to child pornography charges involving two teen victims, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Friday.
Frank E. Noeson III, 46, pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography. He faces a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 20 years in addition to a $250,000 fine.
Noeson, who at the time taught 5th grade at a local elementary school, “engaged in sexual communications” with two minor female victims over Snapchat, according to the U.S. Attorneys.
One victim was 16 years old when her communications with Noeson began and was persuaded by Noeson to send him “sexually explicit images and videos,” attorneys said.
Another victim was 15 years old when she sent Noeson “numerous images and videos of child pornography,” the media release said.
Noeson will be sentenced at a later date.
