New 'fine dining' Peoria restaurant gets approval for liquor license
A new "upscale, casual, fine-dining" restaurant has been awarded a liquor license by the Peoria City Council.
Reservations, which is moving into the site of the old Spotted Cow restaurant at 718 W. Glen Avenue, was approved for a liquor license on consent agenda Tuesday night by the Peoria City Council.
The restaurant will be managed by DIRE Hospitality Group. They hope to open the restaurant in late July.
