DNC speakers schedule today: See who is speaking Thursday, including VP Kamala Harris
The 2024 Democratic National Convention comes to a close Thursday after Wednesday saw speeches from the likes of former President Bill Clinton and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who formally accepted the party's vice presidential nomination.
Walz played up his image as the everyman on the Democratic ticket during his acceptance speech, talking about his time as a high school teacher and coach. He touted his actions as governor, citing moves such as cutting prescription drug costs, establishing free school lunch for students, defending abortion rights and establishing firearm regulations.
Others who spoke Wednesday include Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Oprah Winfrey.

While the official speaker schedule has yet to be released, Kamala Harris is expected to accept the Democratic Party's presidential nomination on Thursday night as the headline speaker.
How to watch and stream the 2024 DNC
The convention will air live on its website, from the United Center in Chicago between 7 p.m to 11 p.m. ET (6 p.m. to 10 p.m. CT) Tuesday through Thursday.
