Chicken Run is now available to watch on Netflix.
Ahead of the highly anticipated sequel Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, Netflix has now added the animated classic to its library.
Released in 2000, Chicken Run tells the story of a group of chickens determined to escape their prison-like farm after learning they are all going to be turned into pies.
The escape is led by Ginger (Julia Sawalha) and American rooster Rocky (Mel Gibson), with Miranda Richardson playing evil farm owner Mrs Tweedy.

The film has gone on to be a huge success, grossing over $220 million and earning the title of the highest-grossing stop-motion animated film to date.
Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget continues the story of Rocky and Ginger, who have just become parents to their first child Molly (voiced by Bella Ramsey).
Richardson is also back to play the role of Mrs Tweedy, while Jane Horrocks, Imelda Staunton and Lynn Ferguson have reprised their respective roles of Babs, Bunty and Mac. Romesh Ranganathan, Daniel Mays and David Bradley have also joined the cast, taking over the roles of Nick, Fletcher and Fowler.

Noticeably absent from the new film are Sawalha and Gibson, with Thandiwe Newton and Zachary Levi replacing them in the roles of Ginger and Rocky. Director Sam Fell has since addressed the decision, explaining that the some of the voices "didn't quite fit anymore".
"I just started thinking, were all those casting decisions made in the late '90s still the best for the roles now?" he told The Hollywood Reporter of the decision to recast.
"It's a very personal creative process and I felt in some cases it didn't quite fit anymore."
Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget arrives on Netflix on December 15. The first movie is available to watch on Disney+, Prime Video and Netflix.
