Cheektowaga deputy supervisor Jerry Kaminski dies
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Cheektowaga deputy supervisor and longtime town board member Jerry Kaminski died on Tuesday at 81.
Kaminski, a Democrat, served on the town board for more than a decade before serving as deputy supervisor under Town Supervisor Brian Nowak. His term was set to expire at the end of 2027.
Outside of politics he and his family run WNY-based truck equipment company Kaminski And Sons, which he founded with his wife Kathy in 1971.
Kaminski, a Cheektowaga native, had two sons, Jerry Jr. and Jamie.
