Cash stolen from Niagara Falls Dollar General during armed robbery
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An unknown amount of cash was stolen in an armed robbery at a Niagara Falls Dollar General on Sunday night, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
Police said the robbery occurred just after 10 p.m. at the store on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
The male suspect allegedly displayed a knife and fled with cash. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately six feet tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up and a black mask with gloves. He allegedly fled the scene on foot.
The incident is still under investigation.
