Burglary suspect arrested by Albuquerque police
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Police have arrested an Albuquerque man in connection to a two-month-long crime spree. Albuquerque Police Department detectives investigated a series of burglaries at multiple businesses from May to July. In each case, the suspect got away in a black Volkswagen Jetta.
Man facing vehicular homicide charges in Albuquerque will stay behind bars
Officers were able to find the car and caught Cody Montoya driving it. He was arrested over the weekend. Montoya is facing seven counts of burglary, seven counts of larceny, and two other charges. He also had an outstanding warrant for a car theft case.
