Browns stadium latest: Cleveland officials respond to team request for more info

CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Fox 8 I-Team has learned of the latest development in talks to determine the future home of the Cleveland Browns.

The mayor’s office tells us the city has now responded to questions from the Browns about the city’s offer to help pay for massive stadium renovations.

Browns star linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah gets paid to stay

City officials declined to give specifics on what additional information the Browns requested.

The city recently revealed they sent an offer of $461 million over 30 years to the Browns.

Meantime, the Browns are also considering building a dome in Brook Park.

This week, the I-Team found the Browns do not have a timetable for a decision, and they do not have a financing plan finalized.
