Arcade woman pleads guilty to third-degree rape

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An Arcade woman pleaded guilty to third-degree rape and charges related to child endangerment on Friday, the Wyoming County District Attorney’s Office announced.
Anna Holland, 38, admitted to engaging in sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 17 last summer, officials said. She also admitted to giving alcoholic drinks to a number of children under 17 years old.
Holland pleaded guilty to third-degree rape, seven counts of endangering the welfare of a child and five counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.
Holland was first arrested in August 2024 and her sentencing was adjourned until April 2025. She was previously out on bail and was released to a pre-trial release program, the district attorney’s office said.
Holland faces a maximum sentence of four years in prison with 10 years of post-release supervision.
