A$AP Relli Snaps On A$AP Rocky’s Lawyer In Explosive Court Exchange
A$AP Relli exploded as he took the stand, leading to a heated exchange with A$AP Rocky’s lawyer. On Thursday (Jan. 30), the fourth day of the trial commenced with Relli being questioned about his past friendship with the Harlem rapper.
After showing pictures of the man’s alleged deleted text messages, which claimed he wanted to fight the Don’t Be Dumb rapper, and Instagram Stories, Relli became annoyed with Rocky’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina. The former A$AP associate, né Terell Ephron, began snapping at Tacopina, becoming agitated that the legal mind put his personal information on the courtroom screen. Ephron claimed that people around the world were sending him “death threats” for his involvement in the case against Rocky and that his life has been a “living hell.”
“Why are you showing my Instagram? I’m already getting death threats,” Ephron exclaimed. “[People] threatening my daughter, like, what’s going on here? Because you’re saying I’m an extortionist. You putting my whole life on. This is getting really annoying. What does this have to do with the case?”

The judge explained to Relli that “nobody is calling you an extortionist” and that he needed to simply “answer the questions” to get through the case. This then leads to a recess where Relli allegedly snapped at Rocky, claiming, “You did it yourself,” per the Los Angeles Times.
As for the deleted text messages,” TMZ reports that lawyer Tacopina shared them with the court. The trashed messages allegedly read, “You got all these fake animosity towards me lol beat me up,” “ni**a I wish u would,” “Give me a reason ni**a” and “U been a pu**y,” threatening Rocky’s wellbeing ahead of the alleged shooting incident.
Relli shot back at Tacopina, asserting that the messages were “fake texts.” However, minutes later, Relli admits to “deleting some of them.”
