Adrian’s Custard & Beef announces new ownership after 19 years
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Adrian’s Custard & Beef in Grand Island will be under new ownership for the 2025 season.
ToniMarie Amantia, owner of the sandwich shop, announced Thursday that Anderson’s will be taking over following her retirement. She bought the restaurant back in 2006.
“I can’t wait to see where this new journey takes them, and I can only hope it will be as fulfilling as these last 19 years have been for me, my son Patrick and the rest of the family,” Amantia said in a post on social media. “I know that Adrian’s will be in good hands with the Anderson family.”
Adrian’s has served custard, beef on weck, burgers, hotdogs, milkshakes, fries, and more. They’ve been in business since 1989 and are located at 2352 Grand Island Blvd.
