19-year-old arrested in connection to fatal hit-and-run in Niagara Falls
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 19-year-old has been arrested in connection to a fatal hit-and-run in Niagara Falls in October, police said Thursday.
Patrick Washington III, of Buffalo, has been charged with second-degree murder and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Washington is accused of hitting and killing 26-year-old Xavier Goder of Niagara Falls on Hyde Park Boulevard on Oct. 15. Officials located the vehicle unoccupied in a nearby alleyway following the incident.
Washington was arrested on Wednesday. He will be arraigned in county court later Thursday.
