1 seriously injured after hit-and-run in Town of Lancaster
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One person was seriously injured in a hit-and-run collision Tuesday in the Town of Lancaster, police announced.
Officials said the collision occurred around 7 a.m. on Transit Road at William Street, leaving a 55-year-old man seriously injured.
Police described the striking vehicle as a Cadillac SUV that is possibly red in color and may have a damaged hood and passenger side mirror.
The Lancaster Police Department is encouraging anyone with information to contact Detective Lieutenant Shaun DiMino at (716) 683-2800 extension 223.
