His part in DEFINE was heavy—I guarantee anyone reading this probably knows that. But as always, it's the battles that make the part.

That's why these unmastered clips that Primitive has been putting out are so rad to see. He makes this thing we love to do look so easy. But as you can see...it often still takes a battle. Duh!

Miles has a style that we've all seen, but have never had. All terrain—the biggest, weirdest rails; stairs and gaps of all sizes. It doesn't seem to phase him. It's that envious casualness that most of us trip on but love to see.

He has done tricks switch stance, that none of us could ever do regular in our entire lives. Coast to coast, county to country, this dude has left his mark all over the world.

This part was—in a way—a stepping stone for Miles, but in all honesty, he's always been ahead of the grade. Call him a student of skateboarding or don't, but his influences stem deep and he's constantly putting out top tier clips and again, his video parts have never fallen short.

Miles rips. Plain and simple.

He's fought the battles, he's won the wars. And he'll continue to.
