This Workout from Chris Hemsworth's Toughest Trainer Challenges You to Keep Up for 20 Minutes

Chris Hemsworth has been one of the most visible celebrities in the fitness space over the last few years. Along with lending his muscles to blockbusters like The Avengers and streaming hits like Extraction, the actor frequently shares his workout sessions on social media for his fans to follow. Most notably, Hemsworth released a comprehensive health and wellness app, Centr, to give his fans access to the same top-level instruction he has from his team of trainers and health coaches.

Hemsworth's fitness team have developed a new series for the Centr app. The Centr 6: Phase II program taps some of the top trainers on the app for workouts that adhere to a standard format—if you take on the full program, you'll do six exercises for six rounds, six days a week for six weeks. Some of the sessions require equipment, but nothing that you can't adjust to with what you have at home if you're in a pinch.

This workout is from Centr trainer Da Rulk, a C.S.C.S.-certed functional training expert who has taught his Raw Functional Training (RFT) method to military and first responders, Olympic gold medalists, MMA fighters, and pro athletes, along with Hemsworth. You won't need any gear (other than a timer) so make some space, loosen up, and get ready to sweat.

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Repeat the full series for 3 total rounds.
