And the Winner of ‘Dancing with the Stars: Athletes’ Is…
After a harrowing four-week competition, Dancing with the Stars: Athletes finally has a winner.
Adam Rippon and his professional partner, Jenna Johnson, went home with the coveted Mirrorball trophy during last night’s season 26 finale. The Olympic figure skater battled it out against former Olympic skater Tonya Harding (partnered with Sasha Farber) and pro football player Josh Norman (partnered with Sharna Burgess). *Slow clap*
The announcement may come as a surprise to some fans, considering both Harding and Norman received perfect scores on their freestyle routines, whereas Rippon earned a 28 out of 30. Nevertheless, it appears the figure skater’s flashy costumes sealed the deal. (Duh.)
Congratulations, Adam! We have no doubt Reese Witherspoon is beyond proud.
