Why Gigi Hadid and Tyler Cameron Didn't Make Their Red Carpet Debut at the Emmys
The Bachelorette's Tyler Cameron may have become famous from a television show, but he and Gigi Hadid aren't making their award season debut at the ceremony that celebrates excellence in TV. The two did not walk the red carpet at the Emmys tonight in Los Angeles.
The Bachelorette isn't nominated, and Hadid is in the middle of fashion month. Hadid walked the Burberry show in London on Monday this week and is in Europe with her sister Bella Hadid, who also walked the show. Hadid last walked Versace's show on September 20 in Milan:
Milan Fashion Week is currently underway and will end tomorrow. From there, it's Paris, where both Hadid sisters have walked and attended numerous shows and events in the past.
Cameron, meanwhile is in North Carolina. He shared an Instagram Story of himself at an NC State game last night and out walking earlier today:
Hadid and Cameron's relationship has progressed over the last month, sources have said, but they aren't that serious yet either. A source told People last week that they are “still just getting to know each other and have fun. They don’t want that pressure to push them further than where they are.”
The public attention the two have gotten hasn't been easy for them to cope with as they make sense of how they feel about each other and whether they want to put a label on it someday. “The media attention has been hard on Tyler and Gigi,” People's source said. “They’re trying to navigate it right now because they know how the press can pick apart every date they have and turn it into something bigger.”
Cameron has been to one industry event with Hadid before: a MTV VMA after party last month, where he met Taylor Swift. The two also both attended Tommy Hilfiger's New York Fashion Week show.
