I Want to Live Inside The New Adidas by Stella McCartney Collection
For Earth Day, Adidas released its latest collaboration with Stella McCartney, aptly titled, "Every Day Is Earth Day." The collection is the final part of the brand's Spring/Summer 2020 releases, and just like the rest, the garments are made with more sustainable materials and methods.
For the last fifteen years, the two brands have been collaborating on Adidas by Stella McCartney with one mission in mind: to create activewear that has less of an impact on the planet and the people working to make it. For McCartney's part, the designs she creates for her eponymous luxury label have always been strictly vegan, and continually more sustainable. Working with Adidas has been a way to bring these principles of ethical design into clothing you can wear to work out (or stay in).
Of course, this couldn't come at a better time, with both the interest in athletic wear skyrocketing as more and more people work from home, as well as the growing climate crisis, to which fashion is a major contributor.
This new collection features classic performancewear like leggings, bike shorts and sports bras as well as new styles like the Adizero Jacket, a weather-resistant coat with an adjustable hem. The campaign imagery shows models in colorful pieces stretching on top of a mountain (also known as exactly the place where I wish I could be standing right now).

Along with the collection, the brand is launching #hometeam, a way for fans to connect with athletes from home. This includes special conversations with on topics like the WNBA draft with basketball players Nneka and Chiney Ogwumike and even learning skills with celebrities like Jonah Hill and DJ Michelle.
