'The View' Fans 'Disappointed' Over Ana Navarro's Comments About Maluma
Ana Navarro
Ana Navarro is in hot water following a social media post expressing that she'd "like to breast feed" Colombian singer Maluma.
On Sunday, Nov. 5, the political commentator, 51, took to Instagram to reflect on attending a Maluma concert with a friend.
“We went to @maluma concert. God help me. I think I actually drooled,” Navarro wrote alongside a photo of herself and her husband (who couldn't go because he had the flu) and video clips from the event.
The View co-host explained that she was so close to the stage that she could "make eye contact" with the singer.
Navarro continued: “Good Lord that boy, Maluma is sexy -he’s young enough to be my son, which might explain why I’d like to breast feed him."

Although she shared more commentary—including a seemingly unrelated opinion that Sting "is the sexiest 72 year-old you ever saw or heard"—Navarro's followers honed in on her breastfeeding comment. And some didn't hold back in their responses.
One Instagram user wrote, "I always liked you and enjoyed your intelligence and humor. I’m a person who likes a good joke and fun but I’m disappointed in your behavior lately and your vulgarity. Sad."
Another person pointed out, "Now just imagine a man saying that about a young woman? You’d be all over that. Such hypocrisy."
Meanwhile, someone else commented, "I’m going to have to unfollow you. I have always liked you, but you seem to be on a 24/7 party while a genocide is occurring. It just feels so damn wrong. Where is your humanity."
Yet another commented, "Why do I have a visual of you breast-feeding that boy that I cannot unsee," to which Navarro replied, "Girl. I’d like to have the same visual…."
