The cast of Vanderpump Rules is rallying in support of their friend Jesse Montana in the midst of a serious medical situation.
Montana, who has appeared as a guest on the Bravo reality show, underwent brain surgery on Monday, Dec. 4, just a week after being diagnosed with a brain tumor.
Stars Ariana Madix and Lala Kent both took to social media this week to share the news and ask for support on behalf of their friend.
Madix, 38, posted several photos of her and Montana to Instagram over the weekend, explaining the situation that began when Montana suffered three seizures on Monday, Nov. 27. Upon further evaluation, doctors later found a tumor in his brain and scheduled him for surgery the following Monday.
"jesse is truly one of a kind in every way," the Dancing With the Stars finalist wrote in her caption. "if you are lucky enough to meet him, you are immediately struck by his generosity and beauty inside and out."
Madix also directed her followers to a link in her bio, leading to a GoFundMe page to raise money for Montana's medical expenses.
"i love you so much," she wrote to her friend in the post, calling him "dark crystal unicorn elixir of life always and forever ????"
"you got this ??," she concluded.
Fellow castmate Kent shared a similar message on her own Instagram page, calling Montana's health battle the "fight of his life."
"Jesse is one of the kindest people I have ever known. His enthusiasm for life is infectious," Kent, 33, wrote in her caption. "He is always the one to make you feel you are welcome and you belong."
Calling him "tough as they come," Kent expressed her full confidence that Montana will make it through this, but she insisted, "We want his sole focus to be on his recovery."
"Please click the link in my bio to give what you can," she wrote at the end of her post, while signing off, "Thank you, & God bless you."
