You can count on dermatologist Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, for a truly satisfying video each and every time she pops and posts. This weekend she upped the ante with a super sweet pop. In her latest Instagram video, she's tackling a lipoma on her patient's arm.

That's right, you're about to witness Dr. Pimple Popper extract a gummy bear from her patient's arm. Get excited folks! The video jumps in with the dermatologist wiggling the lipoma around under the skin. She starts with her scissors and carefully works around the lipoma to free it from the patient's arm.

Then, she drops her tools and relies on her fingers. Dr. Pimple Popper applies pressure around the opening and gets squeezing. She's optimistic about this lipoma, and the doc is spot on. One more squeeze and the whole lipoma bursts out of the opening. It looks just like a gummy bear. Dr. Pimple Popper asks her patient: "Did you feel that coming out? You didn't." That's good news.
Dr. Pimple Popper shares more good news with her patient: "You have a little baby". It was a smooth delivery and the fans give the doc a "Bravo" for her hard work.
