Travis and Jason Kelce have made countless headlines over the past few months, and now they make their EatingWell debut due to a recent podcast discussion that had us all ears.
In the brothers’ recent episode of their podcast New Heights, they shared individual lists of their top five favorite cereals. Here’s the breakdown of the NFL stars’ breakfast favorites.

First, let’s go over both of their top five cereals. Here are the lists:
Travis Kelce’s Top 5 Cereals:
Reese’s Puffs
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Lucky Charms
Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries
Apple Jacks
Jason Kelce’s Top 5 Cereals:
Reese’s Puffs
Lucky Charms
Cinnamon Toast Crunch
Cap’n Crunch
Cheerios
We’re loving their similar lists, with both of their top three including the same three cereals. They’re not surprised by that. Since they grew up in the same house, of course their favorite cereals are going to be nearly identical.
There’s a healthier, whole-grain option of Jason’s list, which we love to see as well.
“I’m going Cheerios because of the ability to dress them up,” Jason explained his No. 5 pick. “You can do whatever you want to them.” He then explained that he loves “dressing the Cheerios up” with fruit and sugar.
Adding healthy ingredients to your cereal, like fruit, milk and other nutritious flavors, is a great way to start your day—even if you’re adding a little sugar for sweetness on top.

Their one shared placement is Reese’s Puffs at the top spot. The peanut butter-chocolate cereal is nostalgic for each brother, and according to the Kelces, it’s better with milk.
“It’s like candy!” Jason said, with Travis agreeing by saying: “I could eat a whole box right now.”
It’s clear that these aren’t the healthiest options, but at EatingWell, we believe that you can include all of your favorite foods and drinks into a healthy eating pattern. Moderation is important when it comes to less-nutritious foods, but they should still be enjoyed if you love them. Cereals that remind us of childhood are a perfect example of that, and the Kelce brothers took us on a trip down memory lane. Now we want Lucky Charms!
