As we gear up for the holidays, the quirky retailer has continued to inundate us with goods tailored to make the season just a little more flavorful, and its latest launch is no exception.

If you’re unfamiliar with the explosion of flavor that is chili crisp, please allow me to give you a formal introduction. The crunchy, spicy condiment has been made in China for centuries and while each household has its own recipe, there are a few non-negotiable ingredients.

Diehard Trader Joe’s fans may be familiar with the chain’s coveted Crunchy Chili Onion, but the retailer decided to surprise us with a seasonal upgrade this year. The limited edition Crunchy Chili Cranberry Orange and Onion made its shining debut in an Instagram post by @trader_joes_treasure_hunt and the glowing orange hue is sure to be hard to miss on shelves.

The festive concoction’s ingredients list includes dried cranberries, onions, red bell peppers, orange oil, chili pepper and brown sugar and has a sweet and spicy flavor profile you’ll be craving the entire season.
Comments under the post were flooded with fans expressing their excitement to try the zippy meal topper with one saying, “Ooooh this sounds good!” Amongst the sea of responses, a few fans even offered ways to use the condiment that could amp up your Thanksgiving meal. “I'm thinking of brushing a turkey with these,” shared one genius user. “I would brush it at the last hour of cooking.”
