‘I just need one’: Trader Joe’s to bring back mini totes, for a limited time
NEW YORK (PIX11) — Trader Joe’s is returning a popular item to store shelves, but only for a limited time.
The company confirmed in an email to PIX11 News that its viral mini totes will briefly return during the third week of September.
“The next round of mini totes will launch on September 18th,” a Trader Joe’s spokesperson said. “The totes are a limited product rather than an everyday product at this time.”
It remains unclear how long the tote bags will be available, but according to the Trader Joe’s website, consumers should contact a store directly for availability and pricing.
This isn’t the first time a craze surrounding Trader Joe’s products has buzzed on the internet. Over the summer, their mini-insulated tote bags went viral. Back in March, their mini canvas tote bags were in such high demand resellers on eBay resold totes for up to $500.
Still, Trader Joe’s super fans are eager to get their hands on the totes, with one Instagram user writing, “I don’t care what color, I just need one.”
