Tom Schwartz Breaks Silence on 'Vanderpump Rules' Cheating Scandal

The Bravo star had a lot to say about the whole #Scandoval situation.

About a week and a half after news of Vanderpump Rules' stars Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss' affair came out–with Sandoval cheating on his partner of nine years–Sandoval's best friend and business partner, Tom Schwartz, finally shared his thoughts on what's been coined the "#Scandoval."

Schwartz was in LAX on March 11 when a paparazzi he's familiar with approached him with questions about Sandoval and Leviss' affair.

The star seemed to be in a good mood, joking, "I wish we could be meeting under more auspicious circumstances. Last time, it was my divorce, and now, it's Scandoval."

The pap asked Schwartz how Sandoval was, with Schwartz saying, "He's okay, I think, relatively speaking. I mean, he has a sense of profound sadness, rightfully so. I think he feels like a piece of shit, and, to some extent, maybe he is. But he knows he f----d up. The whole thing is just really sad."

In regards to Madix, he said, "But luckily, Ariana has a really good support system, and she's with her friends. I don't know where she is, but I hope she's living the good life...I'm just hoping this whole thing blows over, you know?"

Schwartz also stated that he hasn't talked to Leviss and doesn't like how this situation has negatively affected his business.

When asked directly if he knew about the affair before everything came out, Schwartz avoided the question, responding, "I prefer not to talk about that at the time. I mean, you'll see it play out on the show...It's f-----g complicated."

After Madix found out about Sandoval's affair with Leviss, the two ended their long-term relationship, and both Leviss and Sandoval released statements regarding the matter.

Bravo has since picked up the cameras, and the fallout of #Scandoval will be shown in future episodes of Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules.
