Todd Chrisley's Lawyer Calls Out 'Disastrous' Prison Conditions After Medicine Mix-Up

Todd Chrisley is allegedly still dealing with concerning conditions while serving time in federal prison, according to his lawyer.
The embattled reality star is currently incarcerated at Federal Prison Camp, Pensacola in Florida, where he has allegedly been involved in a medication mix-up.
"I have been informed by Todd that it seems as though there’s a constant mix up with medical treatment and the distribution of drugs, medicinal drugs, to the various patients who are incarcerated there," his attorney, Jay Surgent, told Parade. "This has led to disastrous results. Todd has been a victim of a mixup of medicine."
Surgent further alleged that it takes "days and weeks for individuals to get passes for medical attention that should almost immediately be given."
Chrisley, 54, is serving a 12-year sentence, which was recently shortened to 10 years, following his and wife Julie Chrisley's conviction for bank fraud and tax evasion.
This isn't the only issue the reality TV star has allegedly encountered while behind bars. Earlier this month, his daughter, Savannah Chrisley, shared a letter she received from someone who identified themselves as "Concerned FCP (Federal Prison Camp) Staff."
The letter listed alleged problems like black mold and no air conditioning as temperatures "soar to over 100" degrees. Additionally, the anonymous FCP staffer noted that "heat and mold is a horrible combination" as it's a "feeding ground for mold to grow out of control."
Reps for FPC Pensacola did not immediately respond to Parade's request for comment.
