Sheriff’s deputies attempted to pull over Royse in a school zone for a traffic violation, and she finally stopped her vehicle in the school drop-off line. She let her child out to go into school, but is accused of first stashing her marijuana in the child’s backpack to avoid getting busted by the cops.
Local news outlet ABC 13 reports that she was then arrested and charged with tampering with evidence, and having drugs in a drug-free zone.
