This Teddy Bear Is Made Out Of DELICIOUS Sourdough Bread
There is nothing more comforting than a loaf of freshly baked sourdough bread, but when that delicious bread is made to look like an adorable teddy bear? Count me in. That's exactly what happens at Boudin Bakery in San Fransisco, CA, which has been baking up delicious loaves since 1849, making them oldest continuously operating business in the city.
You can't go wrong no matter what you order from the bakery, whether it's a delicious, gooey pastry or a crisp bread bowl, but it's no secret that we're a little obsessed with these sourdough teddy bears.
We take you through the whole process of creating one of these little guys in the video above from the creation of the dough (which is made with an almost 175-year-old sourdough starter called The Mother Dough) to their adorable assembly by Boudin's Master Baker Fernando Padilla, to the first delicious bite when they're out of the oven.
If you've tried your hand at baking sourdough lately, you're definitely going to want to pay close attention to Fernando—he's the best in the biz and has been with the company for over 40 years.
Best of all, the store has locations across California, so even if you're not in the Windy City, you can visit one for yourself. You can also get your very own adorable sourdough teddy bear (or any other delicious treat you want!) by ordering from their website.
