Here’s Who Tayshia Adams Is Most Likely to Pick on ‘The Bachelorette’ Based on Her Past Relationships
Now that Tayshia Adams has officially replaced Clare Crawley as the lead of The Bachelorette, it’s time to get down to business and establish a group of frontrunners. But before we do, we’re taking a look back at Adams’s dating history to see who she’s gone for in the past.
Keep reading for all the details.
1. Who has Tayshia Adams dated?
Adams most notably dated Colton Underwood on season 23 of The Bachelor. She came in third place before getting sent home, so the lead could pursue Cassie Randolph (after hopping the fence, of course).
Adams went on to star on season six of Bachelor in Paradise, where she hit it off with John Paul Jones (AKA JPJ). Although they left the show as a couple, they called it quits a few months later.
Long before she joined Bachelor Nation, Adams was married. She tied the knot with her first boyfriend, Josh Bourelle, but they separated less than two years later, citing irreconcilable differences.
“You can’t make someone want to be married,” Adams told Underwood on the show.
Many fans believe Bourelle will make an appearance on season 16 of The Bachelorette, so grab the popcorn.
2. Who does Tayshia Adams choose on 'The Bachelorette'?
Unfortunately, we won’t know until the season 16 finale airs on ABC. In the meantime, there are several theories to consider when casting your ballots for your Bachelorette fantasy league. (For the sake of time, we’ll stick with the top three.)
One of the most supported choices is Bennett, who originated on Clare Crawley’s season of The Bachelorette. He hasn’t had much airtime during Adams’s journey, but we think that will change in the near future. Not only does he remind us of Underwood, but he also caught Adams’s eye during the first cocktail party. With that much competition, it has to mean something…right?
Second, we’re really rooting for Eazy. Another one of Crawley’s suitors, Eazy has solidified himself as a frontrunner with his easy-going (sorry, had to) conversations with Adams. And if there’s one thing Adams has made clear, it’s that she’s looking for someone who can make her laugh (after all, she did date JPJ, the goofiest person ever).
Lastly, we have to include Brendan. While he broke the number one Bachelorette rule during episode five, there’s no denying that he fits the bill. Does he seem like a genuine guy? Check. Is he interested in Adams? Yes. Do they share something in common (i.e., divorce)? It’s practically a match made in heaven. The fact that they’re already hitting it off during the shortened season is just icing on the cake.
