Green was the color of the latest party 'fit seen on Taylor Swift, and we are totally obsessed with this new trend.
The "Look What You Made Me Do" singer was spotted out in Brooklyn, New York, with her bestie Blake Lively, where the two reportedly attended a private party at Lucalli Pizza—a local BYOB restaurant serving thin-crust pies.
She was clad in a velvety green A-line mini-dress with a scoop neck and long sleeves, paired with brown, thigh-high leather boots that appeared to have black snake imprints and other designs. A strip of her black tights was visible in between the two, and she accessorized with a gold necklace stack and a pair of delicate drop earrings.
Lively, on the other hand, opted for a red, black and yellow striped sweater, French-tucked into a khaki mini-skirt. She wore chunky red heels and accessorized with a coordinated belt and necklace.
Some fans think Swift's latest style choices have been a hint that reputation (Taylor's Version) is coming soon, but this past week, in particular, her outfits have also had undertones matching her debut, self-titled album—which is the only other rerecording to come, EPs aside—leading fans to dub the combination "debutation."
The previous night, she was spotted entering Electric Lady Studios in Greenwich Village, where she braved the wind and rain in a heavy brown coat over a gem-toned green sweater dress with a thigh-high slit going, paired with black, nearly knee-high boots and an orange-brown leather handbag.
Days prior, the singer hit the Golden Globes red carpet in a glittering green gown with a strappy open back.
While both looks may have reputation undertones, they're not nearly as blatant as some of her other recent looks were perceived to be, like her sparkling silver gown from the Renaissance red carpet, where a glittering applique on the edge of her neckline seemed to resemble a snake, or the MTV VMAs, where she wore an edgy black, floor-length dress with gold buttons.
