Nicholas Hoult is all set to play the iconic villain in Superman: Legacy, says a report by Deadline. He’ll be joining David Corenswet as the Man of Steel and Maria Gabriela de Faria in the role of The Engineer.
Hoult has starred in three X-Men movies, apocalyptic adventure Mad Max: Fury Road and more recently the dark horror The Menu.

Other actors in the movie include Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nathan Fillion in the role of Green Lantern Guy Gardner, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Isabella Merced as Hawkgirl, and Edi Gathegi as Mr Terrific.
Director James Gunn’s plan is for all of these actors to remain in the roles across related movies, TV shows and animated series’ as he progresses with his complete reboot of the DC Universe on film.
