Steve Madden Taps PredictSpring For POS Solution
Steve Madden Ltd. has tapped PredictSpring for its Modern POS solution to improve its omnichannel capabilities in its stores located in Mexico “to create a seamless shopping experience for consumers no matter where or when they engage with the brand,” the tech company said today.
Terms of the partnership were not disclosed. PredictSpring said its omnichannel solution “will be integrated into Steve Madden Mexico retail stores, offering an enhanced in-store experience and connecting the online and in-store customer journeys.”

Nitin Mangtani, founder and CEO of PredictSpring, said as shoppers return to stores, improving omnichannel capabilities is a priority for the retail industry. “With the 2021 holiday season around the corner, and consumers actively looking to engage with brands, now is the perfect time for brands to upgrade and connect their in-store and online customer experiences,” Mangtani said. “We are thrilled to be working with a fashion innovator like Steve Madden and excited to align our Modern POS with their forward-thinking vision for the brand.”
The rollout in Mexico includes PredictSpring’s mPOS, which allows store associates to complete transactions that are fast and secure via a handheld mobile device. Other features of the launch include offering clienteling, endless aisle and inventory management, which is in real-time and “offers support for inventory receiving, cycle counting, RFID, store transfers, inventory adjustments and real-time inventory visibility,” the company said.
Other features of PredictSpring’s Modern POS include buy online, pick up in-store where “customers can purchase or reserve items online and then pick up the items in-store or at the curbside with a contactless payment and delivery experience.”
PredictSpring’s client roster includes brands such as Sandro, Maje, Torrid, PacSun, Vineyard Vines, Deciem, HD Buttercup, and Suitsupply, among others.
